Technical work.
Honest about it.
We make industrial chemicals — construction admixtures, foundry fluxes, waterproofing systems, protective coatings. The work is specific, the problems are real, and the people who do it well care about getting it right. If that's you, we're interested.
What CFC is like
to work at.
The short version: CFC is a manufacturer, not a distributor. That changes everything. The people we hire understand the chemistry, follow it to site, take the call when something doesn't perform, and help figure out why. No one hands a problem off and forgets it.
Production is at Factory No. 9, Sadat City — a working plant that batches admixtures, fluxes, mould coatings, and waterproofing systems. Lab technicians run incoming raw material checks and sign off on every batch before it ships. Production supervisors own the line. If you're in technical sales, you visit the construction site or the foundry — you don't just send a product data sheet.
The pace is consistent rather than frantic. We work with real specifications and real customers who have concrete pours, heat schedules, and quality audits to meet. Getting it right matters more than getting it fast — but those aren't usually in conflict when you understand the product.
No current vacancies.
We don't have any open positions advertised right now. We're a growing manufacturer, so this changes — and we always welcome speculative applications from technical people who'd be a good fit.
There are no open roles listed at the moment. If you'd like to be considered for future positions, send us your CV — see below.
Speculative applications
are welcome.
If you have a relevant chemistry, engineering, or technical sales background and want to work at a manufacturer that takes the product seriously, send us your CV. We hire for capability and we keep applications on file for twelve months.
