Waterproofing
Below-grade slabs, retaining walls, water tanks, and tunnels — these structures carry hydrostatic loads that ordinary concrete cannot resist alone. CFC supplies integral, crystalline, and membrane-based waterproofing systems that stay in the slab, not on it.

Below-Grade Waterproofing
Basements, underground car parks, lift pits, and foundation slabs operating under constant hydrostatic head need crystalline or integral waterproofing — not just a membrane that can be breached at laps and penetrations. Our integral admixtures dose into the concrete mix at the batching plant; crystalline systems are brush-applied or used as a dry shake onto green concrete. Both become a permanent part of the structure.
