We started in Cairo.
We manufacture in Sadat City.
CFC — Construction & Foundries Chemicals Industrial Co. — was founded in Cairo in 2018 by a team that had spent years watching Egyptian construction contractors and foundries buy chemicals from distributors who had no technical stake in the outcome. The products arrived. The problems were someone else's.
We built the company differently. Our plant is Factory No. 9, 4th Industrial Zone, Sadat City — chosen for its position between the construction markets of the Nile Delta and the foundry clusters of Tenth of Ramadan City. We batch there, we test there, and we take the call when something on site doesn't go right.
The product range covers two distinct industries: construction chemicals — admixtures, waterproofing, epoxy coatings, grouts, and repair systems — and metallurgical chemicals, including fluxes, mould coatings, degassing tablets, and foundry chemistry for ferrous and non-ferrous casting. A trading division sources ferro alloys and industrial raw materials for the same customers.
We make the materials behind the materials. The concrete in a bridge and the iron in a casting both start somewhere — with the chemistry that makes them work.
CFC products are in active use across twelve countries in the Middle East and North Africa. Most orders leave Sadat City the same week they're produced. We don't hold buffer stock to cover for poor planning; we batch to order and move fast.
Our headquarters is at 6B Altharwa El-madanyia, Hadabyt Al Ahram, Giza — close to the customers we serve in greater Cairo. Technical support comes from the same people who formulated the products. When you call, you reach someone who can answer.
