EGYBOND SBR and EGYBOND L are styrene-butadiene rubber latex emulsions used as bonding slurries and mortar modifiers. Applied as a primer slurry \u2014 cement and EGYBOND mixed to a cream consistency and scrubbed into the prepared substrate \u2014 they improve adhesion of repair mortars, render coats, and floor screeds to existing concrete, masonry, and brick. EGYBOND Latex is a pure latex modifier for cementitious mixes, improving flexibility, water resistance, and adhesion of the modified mortar.
