Batch it right the first time.<\/h2>\r\n      <p class=\"cfc-sec-head__desc\">Overproduction is the most direct form of waste in chemical manufacturing. At our Sadat City plant we batch to order: a run starts because a specific order exists, not to fill warehouse space.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"cfc-split\">\r\n      <div class=\"cfc-split__main\">\r\n        <div class=\"cfc-block\">\r\n          <p>Our batching process runs fixed, documented formulations. The same weigh-ups, the same mixing sequence, the same hold times &mdash; every run. That consistency isn't just a quality argument: it means we don't discard off-spec product and rebatch. A batch that fails its in-house test is an exception we investigate, not a routine cost we absorb.<\/p>\r\n          <p>We also formulate for concentration. Products that go down at low application rates &mdash; admixtures dosed at 0.5&ndash;2% by cement weight, coatings applied at 250&ndash;400 microns &mdash; require less material to do the same job as dilute alternatives. Less product per square metre means less raw material consumed, less packaging, and less to transport.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <ul class=\"cfc-list\">\r\n          <li class=\"cfc-list__item\"><span class=\"cfc-list__num\">01<\/span><p class=\"cfc-list__text\"><strong>Batch-to-order model.<\/strong> Production runs are triggered by confirmed orders. Rework is waste &mdash; of materials, of labour, and of the resources embedded in the structure.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"cfc-split cfc-split--reverse\">\r\n      <div class=\"cfc-split__aside\">\r\n        <div class=\"cfc-img cfc-img--copper\"><span class=\"cfc-img__cap\">Intended: industrial epoxy floor &mdash; 5 years in service<\/span><\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n      <div class=\"cfc-split__main\">\r\n        <div class=\"cfc-block\">\r\n          <p>Our epoxy floor systems &mdash; applied once to a properly prepared substrate &mdash; are designed to withstand ten or more years of forklift traffic and daily chemical cleaning without failure. A floor that delaminates after three years and requires full-strip-and-recoat has consumed two to three times the material, time, and disruption of one that simply holds.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The same logic applies to our waterproofing admixtures, which become integral to the concrete matrix. A crystalline admixture that seals the slab permanently requires no membrane maintenance cycles. We don't track Scope 2 or Scope 3 emissions. We don't hold third-party environmental certifications. These are real gaps, and we are not going to describe them as works in progress without being specific about what that means in practice.<\/p>\r\n        <ul class=\"cfc-list\">\r\n          <li class=\"cfc-list__item\"><span class=\"cfc-list__num\">&mdash;<\/span><p class=\"cfc-list__text\"><strong>Energy use at the plant<\/strong> is not measured per unit of output. We run production equipment off the Egyptian national grid. We have not yet quantified the energy intensity of our batching operations.<\/p><\/li>\r\n          <li class=\"cfc-list__item\"><span class=\"cfc-list__num\">&mdash;<\/span><p class=\"cfc-list__text\"><strong>Packaging reduction<\/strong> is a goal without a programme. Most product ships in standard plastic drums or multi-wall bags. We are evaluating packaging options but have not committed to a timeline.<\/p><\/li>\r\n          <li class=\"cfc-list__item\"><span class=\"cfc-list__num\">&mdash;<\/span><p class=\"cfc-list__text\"><strong>Raw material sourcing criteria<\/strong> are not formalised. We select suppliers on quality, lead time, and price.
