Epoxy grouts (EGYGROUT EP series) for high-performance machine grouting, dynamic machinery foundations, and chemically exposed installations. EGYGROUT EP is a three-component, high-strength pourable epoxy grout, while EP40 and EP75 are solvent-free epoxy grouts for grouting gap widths of roughly 10\u201340 mm and 25\u201375 mm respectively. EGYGROUT EP10 is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy injection resin for cracks. Precision grouting beneath machine bases, compressor skids, pump sets, and generator frames is the most common application for non-shrink grout. Steel column base plates set on pocket foundations or prepared concrete plinths require grouting to transfer compression, shear, and moment from the column to the foundation. The grout is placed after the column has been plumbed and aligned on temporary shims; it must flow to fill the void beneath the plate completely and must be non-shrink so that the load-bearing contact area set by design is maintained after curing and shim removal.
