The team
behind CFC.
CFC is run by people who understand the industries they serve. The leadership team spans foundry metallurgy, construction chemistry, plant operations, and technical sales — with direct involvement in the products, not just the business around them.
Technical people, running a technical company.
We don't separate "the business side" from "the technical side." The people who manage the company's divisions are the same people who review product formulations, visit customer sites when there's a problem, and approve what goes into the production line.
That structure is a deliberate choice. When a foundry customer calls about an unexpected result in their iron pour, the call reaches someone who has seen a foundry. When a construction contractor needs a reformulation for a difficult substrate, the engineer who responds is the one who will actually do the work.
